Meet John, our passionate therapist dedicated to the art of healing and wellness. With a profound love for movement and the great outdoors, John embarked on a transformative journey to find effective solutions for injuries and recovery. His exploration led him to the incredible world of massage therapy, where he discovered its remarkable healing power. In 2000, he pursued formal education at the Southeastern Institute of Massage in Tennessee, setting the foundation for his expertise.

Since then, John has had the privilege of working with diverse individuals, ranging from professional athletes to wise senior adults. Along his inspiring path, he earned his BS in Exercise Science from the prestigious University of South Carolina. To offer a comprehensive approach to his clients, he delved into personal training, ensuring a holistic and personalized service.

John's dedication doesn't stop there; he collaborates with the USC Athletic Department, enriching his understanding of sports-related therapies. Recently, he expanded his knowledge by completing graduate studies in acupuncture and Chinese Medicine at the esteemed Jung Tao School of Classical Chinese Medicine in Sugar Grove, North Carolina.
